Pollock yes,
but let's not forget
whoever it was
that painted the first
still life without fruit.



Indigenous poetry night at the festival.  Two wonderful poets read, and then we honored the memories of two other poets who passed away in the last year or so.  The poetry was full of delirium and heartbreak, and the room felt sacred and alive.  

One of the poets even dedicated one poem (about the Anishinaabe wild man--Bigfoot) to me.  

He sang it, and it was fine art for Saint Marty

Beauty
